When I checked in after 10pm, noone at the check-in. i had to go to the Eden Rock hotel to check in. the waiters and waitresses are terrible. they include 22% anyway, so they dont care about their work. they add 22% tips even at the buffet - unbelievable!

Overall: Based on my experiences with the Nobu brand in other cities, Nobu Hotel Miami was underwhelming and fell short of the luxury & attention to detail I expected. Location & Amenities: The property was calm & quiet, the beach access and experience were great, and I appreciated the amenities included with my stay. Customer Service: Good overall. The staff members I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Room: The property feels dated & needs renovations. Some room doors were missing numbers, and the faucets were worn and scratched. The shower only had a rainfall showerhead (glad I brought a shower cap). Water took forever to warm up, and even then, it never got truly hot. A continuously flashing light from what I believe was the smoke detector made it difficult to relax and sleep. The mattress and pillows were too soft; I had to stack three pillows to support my head and neck. Restaurant: The Nobu restaurant area gave me resort vibes, but not in a good way. Spa: Parts felt dated, especially the old-school steam room. The sauna was out of order, although the relaxation room and hallways appeared more updated. Billing: My card was charged three times for incidentals. I hope the extra charges fall off. Final Thoughts: This was a solo trip for rest and relaxation, but I barely slept due to the issues mentioned above. The positives were appreciated, but the room condition, comfort, and overall experience did not justify the price. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Nobu for a long weekend and just loved our stay. We had Junior Suite with Bay view , just gorgeous Suite with beautiful views of sunset and the city skyline. The pools are clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Good food at the restaurants , excellent location away from busy streets.

Nobu restaurant fabulous! Best meal ever eaten at a Nobu restaurant and Miami Spice menu amazing! Adult private pool perfect. Swam every day and it was wonderful to be a few steps from the beach. Only critique is that staff were constantly in elevators with large equipment for room cleaning and outside spraying the pavement. Maybe because it's shoulder season. Love the iconic property and Nobu Bar!

Place was immaculate when I walked in lobby hotel room etc… only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the spa bathroom and gym were the only snafus I ran into Bathroom was not up to standard smelled awful and wasn’t clean. A the gym needs to have someone monitoring it at all times it was way to unruly for such a small space. Other than that you will have great service of your willing to spend a lot of money.

My ocean front, king bedroom was great. The room size was perfect , the view was awesome and the A/C (65*) was amazing! Most hotels don’t allow the A/C go below a certain (too warm) temperature but Nobu did. I would definitely return. We stayed at Nobu for the relaxed atmosphere but dined at Fontainebleau a few nights for the nightlife (when desired) and variety of food choices. Ages 55/60.

When we first got there, no one offered to help with the luggage, so we carried own and I had to wait for a valet to show up. Parts of the rooms were worn out and could use some attention. Overall it is a good property and I like the location. I will stay there again if my top 2 options are not available on Miami beach.

I absolutely love the Nobu adult pool! The staff is amazing .. there was an issue in my room …. They moved me immediately to a beautiful room either a balcony, gave me some extra amenities and kept checking on me - daily. Again the staff is friendly, kind, want to make you happy - they’re fantastic!!!!

Beautiful hotel. The 1st impression was the worst impression because of the lady at the front desk barley wanted to acknowledge us. They were not busy so I was confused why she had such bad customer service. The room was a bit old and needs to be updated with new fixtures because you can tell they were scuffed up from being old. The bottom of the shower has old tiles that made the shower feel like you were at a YMCA. Otherwise everything else was great!
