Clean, but in Dire need of restoration. Very limited amenities. No on site parking, street parking $4/hr or parking garage, 10 min walk away. It was right across from the beach. But the hotel across the streets likely better.

it really was disappointing, service at the front desk was bad! we got stuck in the elevator none one would help us we had to open it by ourselves!! they never took the time to clean our run , we used the same towels for 3 days straight!! the room was really cold! and plus the was construction going on the side making huge noise!! im sorry but it was disappointing!

The room smells bad (humid). There is no parking. Woke up at 4 am thirsty and with a headache. I couldn’t get a bottle of water in the hotel. The person at the front desk told me to go to CVS to buy water. I couldn’t believe that a hotel doesn’t have a bending machine at least. Or at front desk. I could pay for it.

The hotel was stinking from the ground floor Subway restaurant. In our room there was mold on the celeing. They never cleaned up.

The place has known better days. Saturday night was a zoo: women screaming in the hotel, loud music, walls were thin. Thankful the hotel was semi-affordable, but know what to expect.

Be aware that there is NO PARKING available at this hotel. If you bring a car, you’ll have to pay to park a mile or more away. You can hear perfectly right through the door into the hallway. My room was by the elevator and it was super noisy all night long, making it hard to sleep, The sink in the bathroom was propped up with a board and the ceiling above the shower had been poorly patched from water damage. Still looks like it OSS going to cave in. Room was super small but clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Gute Lage, leider nicht sehr sauber.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, nahe am Strand. Es handelt sich um ein sehr ausgefallenes Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, allerdings schon sehr veraltet. Von den Angestellten wurden wir stets freundlich behandelt. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Viel Staub und Haare am Teppichboden und die Bettlaken waren auch nicht ganz sauber.

Ocean Spray Hotel

Ocean Spray was cool nothing to brag about, would I stay there again no! I never stay at the same hotel twice. Would I recommend the hotel, I would if someone is looking for a cost sufficent hotel but other than that no. The plus about the hotel is that it is literally less than 5 minutes from the beach and walking distnace to the fountainblieu hotel and club Liv if your into partying.

The air conditioning was out for our stay and it was extremely warm. The hotel is old and could use updating. The hotel decor is unique so when I say updating I don't mean to hotel decor but the bathrooms and carpet in a hotel room. Great location. Parking super expensive in the area but it's Miami Beach. The staff was nice.

Very dirty... disorganized..... No pool... No parking... The lobby is extremely old and outdated... The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and smelled. The bathroom is falling apart. We Had to pay expensive off-site parking. The clerk that checked us in was very rude
