The location is wonderful, but the apartment unfortunately was extremely dirty ( including all the dishes with old food stuck on it - disgusting!) and worn out .. with dust, cracks on the wall and rusty furniture.
The exhaust in the restroom didn’t work. There were no hair dryer, no iron, no toiletries (as it said in the description). I had to do multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, but they were slow to respond and they didn’t make real attempts to resolve the issues.
I found on the Expedia website on my dates of staying 9 apartments available and asked them to move me to a different one, but it was ignored. I travel a lot around the world, but I have never had such a bad experience in my life!
