Great apartment with parking at an ease, location quiet, very clean and felt very safe to walk around and drive. Very short walk straight on to the Sunny Isles beach which was clean and beautiful.

very convenient and comfortable condo 7 mins walk from the beach and close to shops / cafes as well as a Publix supermarket. We did not need a car and you can book rides if you need to go to Miami or Aventura.

Amazing location, only a short 3 blocks to walk to the beach. So many neat places in walking distance. Very easy to locate condo and navigate traffic. BEAUTIFUL views!! Condo was very neat and clean, set up with everything we needed, laundry, and full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I loved this property! It was a home-away-from-home! Clean! I love the parking. We wanted a quiet getaway for the weekend and that’s what we got. Kitchen came full equipped. So cooking was seem less. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be booking again for future trips.

The apartment was fantastic and fully met all expectations. The neighborhood was pleasant and safe, providing a comfortable environment. The instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and easy to follow. However, a short message confirming successful digital check-out would have been appreciated.

Overall our stay was good, 4-5 min. walk to Sunny Isles Beach, which is wonderful and less busy than South Beach, and being older, that was great. Close to ALL TYPES OF ETHNIC restaurants by foot or short 10 min. drive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only issues were that the unit needed minor maintenance, such as, blind cord was broken, toilet would keep running til you jiggled the handle, the oven wasn’t working,

Only one burner on stove worked out of 4. Need a bigger pot like 8 qt to boil things like pasta. No dishcloth or hot pads in kitchen. Place was very clean and roomy. Loved the location and will definitely come back

The location is perfect; you are close to the beach and the mall. I traveled alone and felt safe. Feedback regarding the property specifically: I expected some basic utensils, at least a coffeemaker, wine bottle opener, and cooking pans if I wanted to cook something, and they were scarce. There was one pan, no utensils, and no coffeemaker. I called, and they brought three spoons. Not sure why it was just spoons. The shower had no soap- thank goodness I always travel with my own toiletries. The toilet moves, and the apartment overall is outdated and old. While the property was clean, and I enjoyed my stay, I think it deserves to be updated since you rent this out to travelers. Keep up with the times and provide at least the basics.
