Comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, the cottage is designed for relaxation, convenience, and remote work.

Restful Sleep: Two cozy bedrooms featuring comfortable queen-size beds, plus an additional sofa bed in the living area. A baby playpen is available upon request for families.

Work & Play: Fast Wi-Fi throughout the property and a dedicated workspace make remote work or studying a breeze.

Home Conveniences: Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and pack light knowing you have access to a private washer and dryer.

Outdoor Living: Step outside to your private tropical garden lounge. Enjoy morning coffee on the sun chairs, or share a meal together in the outdoor dining area.
House Rules

1. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours, particularly after 10:00 PM.

2. Shared Spaces: Please be mindful and respectful of other residents when utilizing the shared backyard garden and the on-site laundry facilities.

3. Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of all future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere indoors.

4. Property Integrity: We kindly ask that no illicit activities take place on the premises. Additionally, please report any accidental damage to us immediately so we can address it promptly and help you avoid the forfeiture of your security deposit.

5. Health and Sensitivities: We take great pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming home. However, as a private residence, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have severe allergies or specific environmental sensitivities, please reach out to us prior to booking. We are more than happy to discuss your needs to ensure our space is the perfect fit for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Early Check-in (from 1:30 PM) / Late Check-out (until 12:00 PM): USD 95 for whole house rental & USD 35 for private rooms (complimentary only for direct bookings at 2:00 PM check-in / 12:00 PM check-out, subject to availability)

Long-Term Stay Cleaning (28+ Nights): Double the standard cleaning fee (either as a scheduled mid-stay clean or a 1× supplemental deep clean post-checkout)

Violations, Penalties & Incidental Fees

Overstaying Check-out: USD 99 per hour
Emergency Lockout Service Fee: USD 200 plus associated costs
Smoking / Vaping Fine: USD 500 plus additional cleaning costs
Minut Device Call-Out Fee: USD 200 (for excessive noise over 75 dB, smoking, or device tampering)
False / Guest-Triggered Fire Alarm: USD 2,000
Rearranging Furniture: USD 99 per hour minimum
Hiding or Not Reporting Damage: USD 200
Failing to Return Keys to Lockbox: USD 99
Last-Minute Cancellation / Early Departure Fee: USD 99
Excessive / Additional Cleaning: USD 99 per hour for unbagged rubbish, unwashed dishes, or stain/spill removal (plus materials/costs)
