The Beachwalk Resort is more than just a place to stay—it's your gateway to the best of South Florida.



Relax in our inviting studio, featuring two cozy full-size beds for a restful stay. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom and step outside to a private balcony where you can take in scenic views. For your comfort and convenience, the room is equipped with a TV for entertainment and complimentary toiletries to enhance your experience. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploration or enjoying a peaceful morning, this studio offers a perfect retreat. Please note that this unit type does not include a kitchen. If you would like access to a kitchen, I recommend booking one of my 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments instead.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes
