"I have very bad experience with my booking. When I booked my hotel I paid for stay, parking and free breakfast. Also I paid in full on June, 25th. When I arrived in the hotel on August,10th I was informed that I have to pay again, because I paid only for first night. The front desk lady Stacy tried to pressure us to pay again for 3 nights. I showed her the transaction and she changed her mind and said that we still have to pay for parking and breakfast even when I booked the hotel on month ago...
