"We arrived late but the parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Check in was fairly easy. Out room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was a free breakfast with just a few choices. I have celiacs and had choices. My husband had a mocha from their beverage machine. Easy checkout."

"Arrival 9/18 Friday evening reception girl was bordeline hostile/in bad mood, shoved the paper work towards us and spoke so fast we had to ask again. Not a friendly welcome. Spacy clean room. Bed was not ok, higher in center sagging towards sides. Peaceful area."

"The rooms are smaller than many hotels, especially the bathroom. Overall the room was good. Good bed, quiet room. They cleaned room daily and well. Breakfast was very good. "I prefer a known quantity to unique, and Hampton Inn provides a fresh, clean hotel, a delicious breakfat bar with lots of hot and cold choices, and it was quiet. We swam in the pool twice in the afternoon during our 5 day stay, and had it to ourselves. I missed having a hot tub, as this property has the indoors pool but no tub."

"The public rooms and bedrooms are very impressive, more like a stylish art gallery than a hotel. The restaurant food was also very appetising BUT beware of service issues. I If hotel management decide to take in coach parties, they should at the same time take on extra restaurant staff Fortunately the evening bartender Stephen and the breakfast manager Raymond rose to the occasion after we expressed concerns, but they really could have used effective reinforcements"
