"Sauna was out of order. No out of order sign or warning. Disappointing after swimming when it’s advertised "

"Don't stay here if you have a trailer because the parking lot is big enough for a vehicle only. It has a nice restaurant and bar below the hotel which is very busy. When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. There are no signs say no parking over night or anything else. I was told to come done later and take up a couple of spots. 11pm and the lot was still full. Tired, I took the chance and left the vehicle and trailer on the road. I was glad if was there the next morning."

"We liked that everyone was able to have their own bedrooms. Always had hot water (for a lot of people this was great)."

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which made it very relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful lake view. Cabin was well equiped. Very relaxing while husband fished and i had a fire by the lake. "

"Super cozy and cute. Quiet and private lakeside lookout nestled in the trees. Soooo relaxing and restorative me-time! Gas fireplace and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. "

"We had a nice time in the area, but the house was just ok. The lake was low and extremely mucky and weedy. We used the public access area down the street which was a bit better for swimming. Also, a heads up that there were no life vests for the paddle boards and kayak. The home could use some updates and furniture upgrades, but it was as pictured and overall clean. Just pay attention that the “loft” is an attic with a pull down ladder to access it.While the host responded quickly, we never received check in or out instructions via VRBO or email, and missed the laminated sheet left in the house. Yet, were still charged extra for not rolling out the trash or stripping the beds. Alas. Also, a neighbor warned us about a Doberman that walks around off leash a couple houses down and is not friendly. Do not approach.The pros: the view was lovely, the nearby cider mill and petting zoo were fun. It was fine for a weekend, but we wouldn’t recommend for a long week or if you want to swim if the lake is low."
