"Room was nasty, there was spilled coffee stains on the walls, bugs in the shower, the hotel asked for a deposit, then proceeded to re-charge my card for the entire booking AS well as the deposit, when asked how they would compensate for the plans I had to cancel due to their mistake (which was the entire reason we travelled there) they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through a 3rd party"

"The rooms were unclean even at check in the bedsheets were dirty the staff never offered clean sheets nor clean room. The chair was dirty their were roaches everywhere I took photos and complained to management yet nothing done"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The fenced in yard was wonderful for my two dogs. The pictures do not do the place justice, it was so spacious and the area around was very cute. Easy access to many restaurants and downtown Southern Pines. Highly recommend!"
