"This was one of the best rooms and hotels I have stayed at over the years. And for the price , you can't beat it. Appliances are all up to date, clean and perfect. They even supplied dish liquid to wash my own dishes if I needed to reuse them . Towels, cups and coffee we easily accessible. Staff was really nice and made my staff feel so wonderful on my Birthday weekend. Thanka to all the staff I interacted with who helped me in anyway, thanks for taking pride in your job and rooms and thanks for having me"

"Our group had a great stay here! The place was clean and well-stocked, and the location was great. We appreciated that the living room has plenty of seating, the dining table is spacious, and there are TV stands and a nice game selection in the living room. We also appreciated the second fridge downstairs and the labeling in the kitchen which made it clear where everything goes.The host sometimes took a while to respond and the check-out guidelines were a bit confusing, but these were minor things and I believe the host is working on them.A few small things to be aware of (which may also be clear in the listing, but just fyi!): -The top floor/attic room doesn't have a door. -The house does not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap.-When the lake is low like it was during our visit--and especially if it rains!-- getting down to the dock can be a bit treacherous. This is a problem for nearly all the houses in this strip (not just this one), so just an fyi to be careful!We've stayed in a number of places in Flat Hollow and would definitely recommend and return to this one! "

"Exceptional lake house that has everything you need to relax and enjoy Norris Lake. Located in Lone Mountain area that is very peaceful. Main deck had amazing view of lake. Plenty of water blowups, life jackets, kayaks and hot tub. Kitchen has great coffee bar, wine refrigerator, and an huge kitchen island for everyone to gather around. Traegor grill was great for cooking burgers, steak and salmon. Owner was very responsive to get hot tub fixed during our stay. "
