  • Uncle Tom's Shack: Funky Beach Shack with Million Dollar Views, 3BRs 2 Baths

** All guests are welcomed with a lovely bottle of SA wine and chocolate **

Just finished in July 2017, this very cool beach shack has spectacular views of Middleton Beach thanks to its million-dollar location opposite a reserve. The living room, dining area, kitchen, main bedroom and, of course, the big front porch, all enjoy unrestricted beach views.

The house has just been fully refurbished. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living/dining area, this shack caters for up to 6 people in absolute comfort.

The owners have spared no expense on fitting out this property. Three brand new reverse-cycle split system units have been installed - one in the living/dining area, one in the main bedroom and one in the second bedroom. The windows have been double-glazed to maximise year-round comfort and peace. The mattresses are brand new and ultra-comfortable. There are wall-mounted TVs in the main living area and the main bedroom. Fast NBN Wi-Fi is included + Netflix! There is a Nespresso coffee machine for that early-morning caffeine fix! For beachgoers, there is an outdoor shower on the back deck - with both hot and cold water! A brand-new gas HWS has been installed to ensure guests never run out of hot water. And did we mention the views?

This is the quintessential Middleton beach shack with the vibe of yesteryear and all the comforts and style of 2017. What a perfect pet-friendly holiday retreat!

Every Pet Let stay includes the Perks Pack: an exclusive bundle of discount offers at local businesses worth over $200. From spa sessions to dining and local activities, its extra value is built in so you can get the most out of your holiday budget.

    Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 6):

Main Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: 2 Single/Single Bunk Beds* (Sleeps 2, *bottom bunks only)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

    100% Pet Friendly
The backyard has been fully fenced with a 1.5m Colorbond, and there is a kid-proof gate between the front and rear yards. The front and back yards have wide expanses of turf and new landscaping. The backyard is huge and perfect for a game of backyard cricket!

Gorgeous views, top location, a great stay

A lovely spot to stay and so convenient being able to bring our doggo. The view is wonderful and all the conveniences are thought of, especially in the kitchen. Plenty of beds, a lovely welcome treat, and lots of backyard space for pets and kids to use.

Exceptional

This place is exceptional in every way. The location is outstanding almost on the beach, beautiful views and close to Goolwa, Port Elliot and Victor. The fully fenced back yard was an awesome size for my dogs, we had a fabulous time. I have stayed in a lot of home away from home accommodation and Uncle Toms Shack is by far the cleanest. 10/10!!!

The property was just perfect for us and the dogs. The backyard was great with high and secure fences. The house was exactly as described and ticked all the boxes. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our old dog and the weather ended up being spot on for lots of outdoor fun. Highly recommended A

Nice touches

We were very pleased with this holiday rental. It was well positioned overlooking a reserve and a big beach landscape. Really clean, comfortable, with some very thoughtful touches, the house, while compact, was filled with good design and light. Large outdoor areas, pet-friendly (although absolutely no evidence of anybody else's pet!), we were right at home from the start. We would recommend this cheerful holiday property and would return any time.

Cute beach house with cracking views

I enjoyed staying at the house . Very clean and tidy and well equipped. Beautiful views of the ocean. Could do with ceiling fans in the bedrooms especially since you can’t open the windows . No dishwasher. Very small living area . Probably a little overpriced in my opinion given it’s limitations. Real estate agent great to deal with .
