The pool was lovely. Property is well kept and clean. The lobby did smell like dog poop which made me nervous but I didn't hang around there too long and it is a pet friendly hotel so that is excusable. The breakfast was ok for continental breakfast. Mainly the cleanliness of the hotel was most important and it was a nice stay overall.

The bathroom was very dirty. I saw several hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower. In the pool area there were people making a lot of noise shouting profanities, that made it look bad. But overall the hotel is good, but I expected more. The staff in the lobby was very friendly. 👍

Everything I read in all the good reviews was exactly what we experienced. Clean rooms, nice staff. We checked in after midnight and even the night staff was lovely. Nice feature- there's a coffee/hot cocoa bar in the lobby available 24/7. Will definitely stay here again.

Appears to be recently redone, well kept. Rooms have a wood flooring and no rugs which is huge plus for me. Decent breakfast options for a quickie. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The pool is very nice with a lap pool area including floating lounges. Really relaxing. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast which includes making your own waffles is delicious.

I would give this hotel a 20 star review if it weren’t for the arrogant General Manager. In 40 years, I have never endured such service. She had her crew go in and pack my clean and dirty laundry together because the hotel was overbooked and they needed to change my room after I had already been there a night. Calling corporate customer relations gets you absolutely nowhere bc they are independently owned and “do not share billing.” What?!! $445 for a Best Western is a little steep anyhow …
