"It was a lovely property. The foyer and restaurant/bar area was lovely. One of the elevators would take you to the wrong floor, but it eventually got you where you needed to be (and there are two other elevators). My room was lovely, clean, and quiet. I could hear a little hallway sounds, but no outside or road sounds. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were great and check out was simple."

"They said we was smoking in the room witch is a non smokable hotel that doesn’t allow pets , we purchased a one night stay with a 100$ deposit and when we got there the hallways were smelling like weed . We were approached by a worker at our door with an attitude asking us when we were leaving then she responded with it reeks weed in our room but we never smoked in their , another worker came in as we were walking out and went in our room and came back and said it smelled fruity and like fragrance and weed .of course it’s smell fruity it was girls in the room and the sheet were dirty and the bathroom floor was wet and they had dogs in there barking witch they said they don’t allow service dogs aren’t very aggressive and the one I heard was so I did not enjoy my stay ."

"The hotel itself is okay, but a bit outdated in terms of the carpet and the vents need to be cleaned. There is an old smell lingering in some of the rooms. "

"Everything was great until we could not get a refund for our last night of our stay- we had an emergency and Aloft nor Hotels.com would not refund our money for the last night."

"The kitchen was not stocked with the basics- pot holders, pan spray, paper towels… coffee machine was clogged and back up everywhere. It does not sleep 16. 14 adults max (the fold out sofa that claims to sleep 2 more is a small thin pad and the extra bedding supposedly offer was a couple sets of sheets but no blankets)You have to fill the hot tub up yourself.. odd. There was mouse poop in a few of the pots and pans.Karaoke machine didn’t work- reached out for help with no response. Overall- you don’t really get what you paid for. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The treadmill in the exercise room was great. This property had everything I needed for my stay."
