Otelin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde. Bunun avantajlarından çok dezavantajlarını yaşadık. Öncelikle araba için park sorunu yaşadık. Bölgeye giriş akşama kadar belediye tarafından kapatılıyormuş. İkincisi otele geç saatlere kadar dışarıdan gelen kişiler, kapıda elden alınan ücretlerle içeri alınıyor. İçeride sürekli bir müzik ve kalabalık oluyor. Terasta bulunan kafede oturmaya yer bulamıyorsunuz. Otelde kalan misafirler için bir alt kattaki katı ayırmışlardı ama sürekli dışarıdan gelenlere laf anlatmak zorunda kaldıkları için çocuklar bir oraya bir oraya koşturup gelenleri uyardı. Otel çalışanları genel olarak çok ilgisiz. Kaldığımız odada jakuzi vardı ama su çok yavaş akıyor ve soğuktu bir türlü ısınmadı. Odada ek yataklar falan ortalıkta bırakılmıştı. Dağınıktı. Verilen ücrete kıyasla alınan hizmet çok çok geride kalıyor ve hayal kırıklığına uğratıyor.

Kalabalık dışında her şey güzel

Bulunduğu konağın ambiyansı Midyat’ta olduğunuzu en iyi hissettiren yerlerden biri. Yemekleri güzel, odalar muazzam, servis kalitesi oldukça iyi. Tek olumsuz yönü, tarihi konak olduğu için siz konaklarken de yoğun bir turist akını var. Oda önünde bile sakin bir ortamın oluşması akşamın geç saatlerine kalıyor.

Genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Öncelikle kahvaltıdan başlayayım serpme kahvaltı . Kahvaltıda verilen tereyağ, tahinpekmez, fındık ezmesi, son kullanım tarihinden bir sene geçmiş olarak kahvaltı tabağına koyulmuştu. Ayrıca otel tadilatta olduğu için çok tozluydu. Çarşaflar ve yorgan alerji yaptı. Fiyat bilgisine baktığımızda fiyatı aşırı yüksek diğer otellere nazaran %50 daha pahalı. Biz de kalitelidir diye bu oteli tercih ettik ve pişman olduk. Kahvaltıda ikram edilen son kullanım tarihinin üzerinden 1,5 sene geçmiş fotoğraflarını paylaştım.
