The apartment is located on the second floor of a four-story building with elevator. The spacious apartment consists of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bathtub, providing maximum comfort for up to 8 people. Amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Each of the bedrooms has been designed with comfort in mind, with two of them offering double beds and the third offering two single beds. One of the bedrooms leads out to a balcony, where you can relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day full of activities. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary appliances: induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and pour-over coffee maker. In the living room there is a modern Smart and a stylish fan controlled by remote control. The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage, with convenient elevator access. At the Bel Mare complex, guests can also use the additionally charged SPA area, swimming pool and gym, fees are charged at the main reception according to the applicable price list.
