La Joya Apartment was beautiful and spacious, like a home from home.

Pros: La Joya Apartment was exactly like the website, well equipped, very peaceful, spacious, bright and cheerful. The highlights were, the wonderful views of the sea, the large patio and cute garden, great indoor and outdoor space. The owner Sven-Olaf was a total gentleman and so helpful with any queries. I would highly recommend this property, I have rented apartments over the years, and this was the best ever. Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely return.

Pros: We have been renting in Spain for 10 years and this is one of the best, well equipped, clean and well maintained. Chris is easy to deal with. Only one minor grip, really needs some new pillows and a few extra for people who prefer two rather than the one supplied. All in all we enjoyed out stay and would go back.

Surrounding territory is nice and clean. It's about 10 minutes to walk on the beach which is also clean and not too busy. In Fuengirola city you could find all kind of shops and restorants. The owner is very kind and always ready to help. Hope to get there again :)

Pros: Apartment is nice but the whole bedding needs to be completely changed. The mattress and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Chris was very responsive to our texts. It will help to provide clear driving instructions, address of the flat as it is required to fill the Spanish health formand approach to the property from Malaga and specially from Mijas as the road is extremely busy and traffic is fast.

Pros: Keuken was volledig ingericht incl.kruiden, thee etc. 👍 Terras en tuin kan je zo vanaf appartement bereiken, en is mogelijk om zowel in de zon als de schaduw te zitten/liggen. Prima bedjes voor buiten gebruik. Cons: Matrassen waren iets te zacht voor ons. 😕 Bedkamer(s) zijn gedateerd.

Pros: Appartamento luminoso e molto pulito, cucina attrezzata bene con angolo lavatrice. Bella veranda molto vivibile e piccolo giardino ideale per i bimbi piccoli. Residence signorile con parco molto curato e due splendide piscine. Distanza dal mare e dal centro circa 15/20 minuti a piedi. Supermercato aperto fino all'una di notte nelle immediate vicinanze. Clima di fine maggio: sole con temperatura media 28 gradi. Bagni in mare un pochino freddi ma fattibili, in piscina senza problemi. Ci ritorneremo!

Pros: Vi havde en helt fantastisk ferie i denne vidunderlige lejlighed. Alt var bedre end forventet. Lejligheden var pinligt ren og udstyret bedre end vi nogensiden har set. Der var rigeligt med håndklæder og sengetøj, hvilket var dejligt da vi fik et par gæster i løbet af de 10 dage. Terrassen og haven var helt vidunderlig og udsigten fantastisk. Weber gasgrill og rigtig gode terrassemøbler. Danske Tv kanaler hvilket vi ikke havde forventet - super WI-FI. Der er strandstole og strandlegetøj, hvis der er børn med. Poolen var skøn med masser af ledig liggestole. Stranden 5 minutters gang væk. Eneste minus er afstanden indtil byen. Man kan sagtens gå (1 km indtil byskiltet) men man går langs en meget trafikeret vej. Derfor får den ikke 5 stjerne i forhold til område.
