Ok so the hotel itself is quite standard, but the staff were so welcoming and the location is perfect because it’s minutes from Central Station. If you like moving around the city and want to have something that has the necessary facilities of a hotel then I can’t recommend it more. If you are looking for a hotel to hang out in/lounge in, then look somewhere else. For us (my wife and I) it was perfect!

Lovely site near the station. English speaking Staff on hand 24/7 Comfy beds and a/c wouldn’t go colder than 21 degrees. There’s a water dispenser on 1st floor with still sparkling and hot water. That was great. Our room safe was faulty and we twice had to get engineering to unlock it.

The rooms are very tired and showers very scaled and the toilet rocked. Walls dirty and broken skirting. The staff were lovely and great aircon in the rooms. We stayed there one night. The air conditioning did not work and it was a very hot night so we barely had any sleep. There was also no internet in the room. For the amount paid - we felt robbed. Room was okay and had air conditioning which was a Godsend! The staff were also a highlight, lovely and helpful, always someone on the front desk. My room was a bit dated and a bit scruffy with a broken toilet seat and marks on the wall but for the price, location and acting as somewhere to rest my head I could overlook it. The location was fantastic, super close to the station and not too far from the sights. I would recommend for solo travellers coming to Milan!
