Great location near the central train station. Absolutely lovely staff. Clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Small but well appointed bathrooms. The hotel is one floor of an office block which seemed a little odd at first and took a while to find. Breakfast was underwhelming but the staff made a real effort to accommodate us.

This is a small boutique hotel on the 2nd floor or an office type access building- there is not entry lobby it is a one floor up on the elevator. I did not know what to expect and I was reluctant, but soon enough loved this location across the street from the Milano Central train station and surrounded by great food places. Great location/convenient and great value. The reception day/night were superb- Loved this, clean and worth it- Thank you!

Great location, clean and helpful staff. Gave it 4 stars only due to the amount of late night noise. Street noise, people on the floor above, and the nightly slamming of dishes coming from the kitchen/dinning area.

This is a very cute boutique hotel with easy access to the train station. It was nice to have someone available at the desk. The breakfast was small but appreciated. They asked ahead about the type of croissant you'll want because they pick them up especially for you in the morning. There are also several restaurants nearby. My only complaints were that the shower has absolutely nowhere to set anything and is so small that shaving was difficult (especially without a ledge or shelf to use). Also, there were 2 pillows total and no more available when we asked, so not the most comfortable sleep ever.

It is in a very convenient location. Near the hop on hop off and central station. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is modern but the design could have been better in terms of functionality. Convenience vs cosmetic. I read from other reviews that it was difficult to locate it at first, which even with my research via google map, I have to circle the area twice first before I found it. So I uploaded a picture here to guide the next customer which area to look. If you are facing iH hotel, it is to your right.

You are in a converted office type building with many other companies. Somewhat noisy, beds are comfortable. Have refrigerator, no way to make tea or coffee. Optional breakfast is a croissant or something from a box. Recommend pass on breakfast and the added expense. Close to the train station was the biggest plus. Would stay again.

Breakfast was not good enough, it was not explained what was on offer before paying for it. Room really clean no issues with the room at all. Great location across the road from the train station and bus stop for the airport.

Perfect place for a one night stop over, very clean and modern and next to the train station. The room is small, which we were aware of so it may not be the best for a long stay but we were happy with it. It was also very quiet and safe. As others have said, it's not the easiest to find but as we were aware of that and knew it was on the first floor it was all good. The staff were helpful before arrival and responded to emails quickly.
