The room smelled a lot of cigarettes, exhaust system (air extractor) was not working, heater was not working or it was turned off at night, we never saw the breakfast or "Italian breakfast" offered.

A parte la pulizia della camera da rivedere, soprattutto la trapunta del letto sbruciacchiata da una sigaretta e le stesse mura della stanza, l'aspetto più deludente è stato la colazione. Nel momento della prenotazione, sul sito ho letto "colazione continentale". Ci siamo ritrovati davanti solamente qualche merendina e pochi altri pezzi dolci. Io che opto per una colazione salata non sono rimasta soddisfatta.

Местоположение отеля хорошее. Персонал приветливый. В целом чисто. Завтрак можно считать условный. Кроме хорошего кофе, булок и йогурта ничего нет. WiFi в номере не работал.

purtroppo non è stato un buon hotel molta polvere sul mobile dova poggiava la tv aria condizionata con impianto ma non funzionante nel bagno capelli ovunque ne ho trovati anche sul cuscino e la recention inguardabile immondizia sporco ovunque è un peccato perchè si trova in un punto strateggico

Ok if you are looking for a place to sleep at

Overall a decent stay, the hotel’s decently closed to the centre, about 15minute walk. Only one member of the staff spoke english but he was helpful and friendly. It is a 2* hotel so expect to get a 2* hotel. Good for a place to sleep through the night but that is it.

L'hotel è situato in un quartiere abbastanza tranquillo con molti negozi vicini. È facile raggiungere a piedi il Duomo attraverso una strada sempre dritta. Le camere sono spaziose e abbastanza pulite ma si sentono molto i rumori interni. La colazione è scarsa con merendine confezionate. La struttura è gestita da una famiglia in cui il padre é molto sgarbato soprattutto durante la colazione. Il primo giorno avevo chiesto un cappuccino e mi ha risposto molto male, non facendomelo.

Esperienza positiva. Albergo in ottima posizione, vicino al centro. C'eè una piazza davanti da dove passano molti mezzi. Vicino a Ristoranti e negozi. Ambiente familiare, molto gentili e disponibili. Camere pulite.

Frühstück gibt es nicht wirklich. Kaffee super, aber etwas deftiges war nicht im Angebot, nur süß. Zimmertür lässt ungedämft den Lärm rein, Ohrstöpsel unabdingbar.

Arco hotel milan - oui mais plus d’une nuit !

Litterie de qualité ! Chambre simple et fonctionnelle, petit-déjeuner à l’Italienne classique sans grand intérêt gastronomique... Par contre trés gros point noir concernant l’odeur de tabac dans les chambres et sanitaires!!! Les draps de bain en étaient impregnées, une HORREUR !!!!

Since it was near a bigger street, it was only a 2 minute walk to several bus stops which would take you anywhere in the city.

Sehr unfreundlich gewesen am Empfang !!!!! Haben gesagt unser Zimmer ist gecancelt, obwohl wir reserviert hatten. Mussten daraufhin bei Hotels.com anrufen und die haben es dann für uns geregelt . Nicht zu empfehlen dieses Hotel meiner Meinung nach .

Skabbig och äcklig hotell

Rummet var super liten, smutsiga sängkläder, Ac fungerade inte. Kablar som hängde ur väggen, trasig balkongdörr! Hotellet var hemsk. Vi valde att lämna hotellet omedelbart! Absolut inget som jag skulle rekommendera till någon. Den förtjänar inte två stjärnor!!

Attention: le patron peut être très sympathique ou très désagréable, il faut savoir le prendre. La taxe de séjour de 3€/j n'était pas prévue par le site (à payer en liquide ?!?) mais le wifi prévu comme payant ne l'était pas. Consigne de baguage payante après midi (2€/h)
