Above and beyond service

Cristina went above and beyond and helped me with my laundry since the hotels.com listing mentioned it as an amenity though the room did not come with it. Great location in a hip part of Milan and possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Thank you again.

This converted house is very cute! The pictures are different than the property, but it was still cute! Very nice host and great location next to I Navigli.

A little out of the way from central Milan but kind of worth it. It was such a nice little apartment with a full kitchen, living room, and loft bedroom. The concept was so cool and liked that they offered more information on all the decor. I wish we had stayed there longer as it was super cute and comfortable. Check in was a little confusing but the owner does spell it out for you so just pay attention to the directions.

La ubicación no es de lo más deseada. Aunque el espacio de hospedaje es moderno. El de servicio es lo que deja que desear. Exigen mucha información y son muy insistentes por mensaje, y al final están mal organizados y hacen perder el tiempo

This apartment was very interesting and well appointed. Built into the vaulted part of the ceiling of the building, lighting was through skylights more than windows. it was a great experience. Christina was very helpful with the check-in as well.,

オーナーはとてもフレンドリーでその場に常時いないがチャットを送るとすぐ返してくれるのでコミュニケーションに困ることはなかった。お部屋もとても広く清潔で、キッチンやコーヒーメーカーも使えオリーブオイルと塩は置いてあります。駅も近く便利。アパートの一室なので住んでいる気分を味わえる素敵なお部屋です！大きな窓で日当たりとてもいいです。 1番の大きな欠点は、鍵を開けるのにかなりコツと力がいること。4日目にしてやっとコツを掴んだものの両手が空いてないと開けられません。深夜着便でなくて本当に良かったです、入れず途方に暮れるところでした。 朝食は他の人のレビュー通りつけなきゃよかったと感じました。ホテルの朝食を想像していたのでかなり質素。お願いしないとバターや欲しいものが貰えません。飲み物はコーヒー紅茶以外有料です。時間に余裕があれば、ジュースやクッキー付きで素敵なお庭で提供してくれますので是非そちらへ。 食洗機や洗濯機ありますが使い方説明書無いので、不要な本よりそういう大事な資料があったらいいのになと思いました。 困ったことはありましたがオーナーがフレキシブルに対応してくれました。現地の生活をしてみたい方にはとても素敵なお部屋です！
