Hotel staff were extremely professional and offered great customer service. Housekeeping, front desk and bartenders all 5stars. I had to communicate a last minute guest change and the hotel management contacted me and made the change process smooth and painless.

Recepção muito atenciosa e gentil. Adorei o atendimento, muito obrigado a toda equipe por fazer da minha estadia tão confortável. Localização bem próxima ao metro da linha M1 Vermelha, que leva direto para a Duomo e principais pontos turísticos. Para um hotel 4 estrelas está excelente. Quando retornar a Milão, me hospedarei novamente neste hotel. Recomendo.
