This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It’s a clean room with a good bed and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was kept very clean. It is very close to bus, tram, and metro lines to get around Milan and the proximity to Linate Aeroporto is very convenient. It’s basic but it’s a good option for solo travelers who want more privacy than a hostel or travelers who have an early flight out of Linate.

Séjour vendu avec possibilité de stationnement, ce qui s'avère totalement faux , il faut trouver un stationnement dans les rues , très difficile à cet endroit. Après la chambre est assez grande mais la salle de bain privée n'est pas vraiment très propre. En arrivant le premier jour , nous avons demandé la télécommande du climatiseur, que la dame de la réception s'est empressée de récupérer le lendemain quand nous étions absents de la chambre. Hôtel en centre ville , très bruyant par sa position , mais pratique car situé à un arrêt de tram qui mène directement au Duomo. Bref Hôtel à fréquenter si on est pas trop regardant.

ESPERIENZA DA NON RIPETERE

Le camere non hanno il bagno, l’ “hotel” si trova al 4’ piano di una palazzina, la reception non esiste, ti fanno pagare una colazione inesistente, non c’è proprio la stanza per farla. Le camere (Almeno la mia) sono comunque abbastanza pulite e spaziose, così come i bagni in comune, la posizione non è ottimale per un viaggio turistico. Ma comunque ben collegata, con pullman e tram. La situazione è surreale, sembra di essere ospite a casa di qualcuno. Il prezzo è altissimo per quello che vale il posto, alla stessa cifra o poco più si trovano alloggi molto migliori ci sono cascato perché era vicino a dove dovevo andare. Consiglio di stare alla larga da questo posto a meno che non vi vogliate male. Mi dispiace che strutture di così basso livello possano essere prenotate da un sito affidabile come Hotels.com

les toilettes et SDB étaient indiquées privées alors qu'elles sont communes, dommage. Malgré cela, hôtel propre, bien placé, et personnel sympa et serviable. Séjour nickel en couple.

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Beschreibung wurde ein Großes Frühstücksbuffet angegeben, es gab kein frühstück. Nur gegen Aufpreis vor Ort. Es wurde bei der Buchung auch eine Parkmöglichkeit angegeben. Das war eine frechheit. Wir haben ein paar Gassen weiter gegen Gebühr in einer parkgarage parken müssen. Werde es mir gut überlegen ob ich über diese Plattform nocheinmal buche. Mfg

Hotel is on the 4th floor of an apartment building so you have to press the buzzer to get let in but other then knowing that it’s like any other check in. It’s fairly standard rooms but that’s what you get for the price you pay. Nice local restaurant staff and easy acces from central station.

Piacevole soggiorno

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura una notte in una camera tripla con bagno privato. La camera era ampia e molto pulita con arredi essenziali ma funzionalo. La proprietaria della struttura è davvero gentile e anche il prezzo è adeguato al servizio. L'albergo si trova vicino ai mezzi pubblici ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Molto comodo il servizio di reception 24/24. Se dovesse ricapitarmi di essere in zona e aver bisogno di un appoggio per la notte, probabilmente ci tornerei!!

Worst customer service!!!

Staff were very unhelpful and rude. Gave us misleading information about their rooms to get their guests to pay more. Common bathrooms were spacious and clean though.

Appena arrivati abbiamo scoperto che avevamo il bagno in comune con altri (la nostra stanza ne era priva, il problema maggiore era che dovevamo andare in corridoio ove vi erano ragazzi mezzi nudi che lo frequentavano. CI siamo fatti cambiare la stanza con una avente il bagno aggiungendo 72€. La notte non abbiamo assolutamente dormito in quanto i ragazzi "reduci" dall'ultimo dell'anno hanno fatto chiasso tutta notte, senza che nessuno li facesse smettere. Avevamo deciso di andarcene richiedendo indietro i nostri soldi, la proprietaria diceva che non poteva ridarli indietro, quindi abbiamo trovato la soluzione, cambiando nuovamente camera. Abbiamo sicuramente dormito piu' a lungo rispetto alla notte precedente ma non bene, dato che il riscaldamento è funzionato tutta notte e comunque si sentono tutti i rumori possibili, sia interni che esterni. Non so se siete a conoscenza ma l'Hotel si trova al 4' piano di un condominio, quindi direi posizione non ottimale. La colazione compresa è ridicola, direi casalinga (spartana) piu' che Alberghiera.

Hotel America is definetly not what you call hotel

This definitely is not a hotel as such, it is classed as a B&B. I was told I couldn't have the air conditioner on because it wasn't hot outside. The air con is controlled by management which they decide when it will be turned of and it was embarrassing to be told of for having left the window slightly open whilst the air con was in operation. Falsely advertised, never again
