Property was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. The offered parking from 10€ a night but there was plenty of free parking near the hotel. Pretty básico but I would stay there again.

Great hotel, staff is very nice. Great breakfast. Unfortunately the location is not ideal for tourists. At least 40 minute Tram ride from all the main attractions. Closest metro station is 20 mins away. Getting to the central station was a headache with the morning traffic.

While this hotel is situated at a distance from Milan’s city center, the staff provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. However, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel did give us some safety concerns. Our room faced a bustling road, leading to considerable noise from passing trolleys. Regrettably, we also encountered mold in the bathroom, and the beds were exceptionally firm.

The Hotel was very comfortable. The location is so good. There are three tram stops, one after the other, just across the road. The staff is very helpful and indeed friendly. The rooms, linen, washroom, towels were very clean. Overall, safe place for solo travelers. Breakfast has lot of options. I am happy I chose this Hotel for my stay. MiCo convention centre is 25 minutes, almost straight road walk. So, no expense for attemding conference. There is an excellent supermarket, La Grande, where I bought lot of coffee and chocolates. In the same shopping complex, there is ALDO, H&M, Zara... And prices are better than any of the major shopping complexes. Tram 14 which runs just across the road, connects to all major attractions. Price is slightly more than other nearby Hotels but its worth all the comfort, food, safety and cleanliness.

Service, Comfort, and Delicious Breakfast!

Fantastic service and convenient location on Tram line 14 (one of the main ones) and a 1 minute walk from Tram line 1. Excellent breakfast as well! Beds were firm memory foam; I don't usually like a firm mattress, but these were amazing. Excellent sleep had every night, and the room was very quiet!

Pros: Breakfast was OK. We could check-in earlier, because our room was ready already before 14 o'clock. Cons: The refrigerator in our room did not work, and was not repaired/changed on request. I would wait better quality from Hotel Group "Best Western".

The property was right across from #14 which you can take to Duomo-city center. We also used it to get to our Eurail Train in Milan Central. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, Multo Bene.
