Nice and helpful staff. Good for a one night situation. Common areas are very nice.Location is in a great area and convenient with public transportation easy and nearby.

The staff was very nice. They were willing to hold our bags if we made it to the hotel before check in time but we did not need to use this option. It is walking distance from the central station and this was the main reason we booked this hotel. Overall good experience.

Loved the cat theme and 2 sweet cats in the lobby. Basic room but clean and convenient. Walked from train station -easy and only about 10 mins. Walked to the Duomo and thoroughly enjoyed the architecture in the city!!!

Old and outdated, the benefit of this hotel is its proximity to Milano Centrale. Helpful and friendly staff were a plus. A bit of a dodgy area. Shower has a fixed nozzle, so no adjustment up or down possible. Tall people may struggle. Bed was not very comfortable. Somewhat unexpected luxury of a warm towel drying rack in the bathroom. Fine for one night, but a longer stay might be depressing.
