Really enjoyed my mini-break at The Rio. Small, but perfectly formed! Nice warm, clean room with excellent shower & . Smashing breakfast. Staff nice & friendly - even got me some milk to take to bed! Look forward to returning!

It was interesting to spend the night in this hotel. The room and shower are very small, and the soundproofing requires better; you can even hear someone fart, but overall it was fun. The location is super and the breakfast is good.

Location amazing, just a few mins from the cathedral, restaurants and bars. The hotel is an older style hotel, where you still have keys which you give in when you go out. The reception is manned 24/7 so not a worry about getting your key when you return to the hotel. Room wise, some are better than others. My first room

Although a little dated the room and bathroom were big, the bed and pillows very comfortable for me. Heating good; shower always had hot water and a good pressure. Staff on reception excellent and went above and beyond to help me when I was injured in Duomo square!
