This luxurious and elegant flat has recently been renovated and is tastefully furnished. This spacious 75 sqm two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is located close to the centre of Milan, just a few steps away from the new design and fashion district Tortona. Located on the first high floor of a 1930s building, it overlooks a tree-lined avenue and a courtyard with garden, has 2 balconies and is well connected by public transport. The area is full of bars, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Definitely a cosy flat near the centre of Milan and very close to public transport to get around. The area was clean, quite and very felt very safe. The Foppia bar next door is perfect for great coffee

Lovely

Wonderful appartment near the Centre of Milan, tram line 14, within 12 minutes. Beautiful appartment, clean with airconditioning. Host Alessandro was very kind.

Milan flat

Flat was immaculate & comfortable. Decorated very beautifully so being inside was pleasant. Balcony off living room w table & 2 chairs lovely on a moonlit night. Bed & sofa/chairs very comfy. Two places to set up laptop & do bit of work if needed (bedroom & living room). Plenty of storage for clothing (dresser in bedroom), & plenty of table space. Host very kind & responsive. Loved neighborhood, easy walk to metro (10-15 minute), & decent food/cafes near plus grocery stores. Would go back anytime!

All around perfect

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The bar downstairs for cafe was great. We walked into city central 2 times and in Navigli one night. Very ready get around if you don’t mind walking 30 minutes. Even in between some rain we managed to get everything in that was on our list. The Growler Bar was an excellent place to have an Apertivo. Two markets within a block of the apartment. The bus stop across the street took us right to the train station. The apartment had all the essentials you could possibly need. And sitting on the balcony for morning cafe is a good way to start the day. Thank you Alessandro for having such a lovely place and sharing it with visitors.

Perfect accomodation for a stay in Milan

The apartment is very nice and well decorated, the kitchen has everything you need and the bed very comfortable. The apartment is walking distance to a strip of restaurants and wine bars that we really appreciated next to Arco do porta Ticinese.

Wonderful stay in amazing apartment

Alessandro's apartment was perfect and a welcome retreat from the Milan buzz and heat of summer. We could not have asked for more and even when we needed a kettle for our daily cup of breakfast tea, Alessandro was kind enough to deliver one to us. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with lovely restaurants nearby (La tradizionale was superb, and an amazing takeaway from Hamericas allowed a restful evening in the apartment). Tram 14 takes you straight to the incredible Duomo, and the metro stop is a 10 minute walk away. Navigli is 4 stops on the tram, with fantastic nightlife. I could not recommend the apartment more highly. Thanks Alessandro.

Beautiful and spacious apartment for 2!

Alessandro’s apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and his mother could not have been kinder (she met us to let us in and show us around). Also, the bed was really comfy and the AC at night was clutch. If you stay, do be prepared to walk a lot, as the closest metro stop is still under construction and Ubers are expensive in Milan. We walked about 15 min to get the metro and about 40 minutes to get to Duomo. Just an FYI if you have mobility issues. But, we enjoyed getting our steps in, and really loved all the neighborhood restaurants and cafes close to Alessandro’s apartment! Alessandro was also really helpful when we had any questions. Great host!

Wonderfully decorated flat

It is a holiday flat in the best sense of the word: very friendly and reliable host, brightly coloured and tastefully decorated, very clean flat, everything nearby from bakeries to bars and restaurants, good public transport and located in a lively and secure neighbourhood. Fabulous Apartment

The photos do not do Alessandros apartment justice, it is so much better.The apartment is furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and old and quite frankly I loved it.The apartment is in a good area within walking distance of most places of interest, surrounded by some great restaurants.Alessandros could not have been more helpful from answering questions before I arrived right through the stay.Alessandro, thankyou and I will be back.

We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and really comfortable and relaxing. We walked everywhere from the apartment and all of the main sites were within 30 minutes walking distance. We loved the restaurants and bars in the Porta Genova canal area. Alessandro was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations.

An amazing stay

We loved Alessandro’s apartment. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. He was quick and precise to answer any questions we had, and the check in process was very easy. The cafe downstairs was a nice addition as well, we loved going down there before starting our day of explorations. Every big monument or site was about a 30 minute walk which was not bad at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Nice stay in Milan

Apartment was nice and as seen in photos (lots of plastic plants!) - few things like gas stove turned off for guests, host showing up about an hour late for check-in, and no wifi was a little bit strange but overall didn't negatively affect the stay and apartment is very comfortable and in nice part of the city.

Terrific Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about Alessandro's terrific apartment. Everything one could want or need was supplied. The apartment was a lovely and comfortable place to stay for our 4 days in Milan. The decor ia tasteful and so well done. My friend and I decided that Alessandro should be an interior decorator. The tiny patio is great for coffee in the AM and wine in the PM to watch the world below go by. The location is great, 2 blocks from the tram stop that takes you to Milan center and the Duomo. Alessandro was patient, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions on arrival and provided valuable information. He also allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment on our last day as we had a late flight. In summary we could not have been happier with our choice of the property. This apartment is an excellent choice for a stay in Milan.

Alles ordentlich und sauber. Neuwertiges und großzügiges Bad und ein schönes Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer zur Straße ist relativ laut. Durch eine U Bahn Baustelle im Moment wenig Durchgangsverkehr. Kleiner sonniger Balkon.
