The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed

Excellent location just 6 minutes from Duomo. Checked in to the property the day before and received all of the relevant details. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean and has all amenities you could want for a stay. Overall excellent stay, location and room. Would definitely recommend.

Based on the reviews, I was expecting more. I think ‘hotel’ is a bit of a stretch. There’s no permanent reception, just rooms. It’s well located, it was clean and the shower was hot. However, the furniture is incredibly basic, the bedding is cheap, and even with the curtains drawn its light and there is a lot of street noise - they do provide earplugs. If I was feeling ungenerous, I would say it has a private hostel feel. Perhaps I misunderstood the listing and previous reviews - luckily we were only staying 1 night before we caught a train to Rome.

It was a bit difficult to find the property, maybe a bit more detail ahead of time of how to find the property, would make it easier. Staff was friendly, which I appreciated. And the location was great. Not ideal for a light sleeper, because the sound of trains is almost nonstop, although they give you earplugs, but still, it's a lot of noise for a light sleeper. The only thing that was not comfortable for me specifically, was that the AC would not catch up to the selected set room temperature, the room felt hot.
