Struttura datata ma comoda

Buona posizione, camere grandi e comode. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura è molto datata, consigliata per chi cerca una sistemazione economica senza troppe pretese. Nota negativa: manca del tutto la colazione!

Cheap

Service was nice and we really felt welcomed. The room was clean but needs up dating badly. Sockets fell down, tv didint work, bathroom sewer didnt work, furnitures were broken and so on. Breakfast was packed croisants and coffee costs extra. But it was Cheap.

Basic but convenient

Room was spacious though old. "Free" breakfast was very basic, with croissants provided, but coffee had to be bought from a coffee machine. We also found we could not use our power adaptors, as we had a two-point adaptor, which was fine everywhere else in Italy, while the room had three-point power points. Location though was very convenient, with a 10 minute walk to Central Station.

Odalar binanın içindeki dairenin odalara bölünmesi şeklinde. İstasyona yakın olması diğer şehirleri de gezecekler için avantaj. İlk gün odada klor gibi ağır bir koku vardı, pencereyi açık bırakınca bu koku geçti. Bunun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Personel arkadaş oldukça yardımsever, valizlerimizi bırakıp şehirde gezebildik.

Muuten ihan OK mutta tilat hiukka kulahtaneet kuten kalusteetkin.... Tilaa kuitenkin reilusti huoneistossa, mutta liikenteen melu haittasi ensi alkuun ennen kuin siihen tottui..... Kaiken kaikkiaan toimiva ratkaisu meidän Formula porukalle.... mutta perheelle en ehkä suosittelisi....

Good stay but don't choose for free breakfast

The staffs are very friendly and nice. The room was old. Lot of things are broken inside the room. But still it was pretty much clean and livable. But definitely they can be improved. The breakfast was a big surprise as I have never seen such type of free breakfast. It can not be called as breakfast. It misleads people who book it. Therefore, I would kindly ask to properly say is there will be just some snacks/cookies in a tray. That's it. It can not be termed as Breakfast. Overall the stay was nice except the breakfast.

Ok lejlighed på hotellet, selv om det var lidt gammeldags. Desværre virkede aircondition ikke helt. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var håbløs, ingen brød, smør, ost eller andet, kun croissanter og en automat, hvor man kunne trække kaffe eller the, heller ingen bord at sidde ved God afstand af hoved banegården og toilet byen. ロケーションはとてもいいです。シーズンオフだったせいか近くのレストランが皆閉まっていました部屋はまあまあ。ベッドが古くて、あまり快適ではありませんでした。朝食は紅茶もコーヒーもなく、ジュースと甘いパン類で食べられませんでした。

Perfect stay !

We stayed two night in this hotel and the least we can say is that we really felt welcome. The lady at the front desk was absolutely adorable and helpful and the appartment was very big and convenient. Only 2km from the Duomo, 5 minutes walking distance from the main station and the trams and metros. They have an indoor parking space for one car (or 2 very small ones maybe) and they let us use it for free which was reaaaally convenient. We were even able to let it the whole last day even if we had checked out. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice trip to Milano.

Hotellet ligger i hvad der kan betegnes lidt som Ørestaden i København. Afstand til centrum er også ca det samme. Hotellet er slidt, trænger til en kærlig hånd. Til gengæld var værelset kæmpe stort, og venlighed og service helt i top. Vi havde morgenmad med i prisen, det var dog ikke eksisterende, de har heller ikke restaurant eller kantine. Morgenmaden bestod i en fabrikspakket kage og en kop kaffe fra en automat indtaget i en “venteværelse agtigt” rum på 3x2 meter. Så se helt bort fra dette og indtag morgenmaden om hjørnet eller inde i byen. Bus og S-tog køre derfra. Billigt ophold

Bem localizado.Fica a 10 minutos da Estação Central de Milao.E antigo,mas muito limpo.Troca de toalhas diarias,não tem café da manhã, mas oferecem suco, bolos e croissant diariamente e como possui no apt.cozinha completa,você pode complementar suas refeições.Se tiver oportunidade de voltar a Milao ficaria no Residence Pola novamente.Precisa de pequena reforma,mas nada que prejudique sua estadia.Achei melhor pessoalmente,do que as fotos que vi.Fiquei hospedada com minha família no apt.607.

posizione buona ma...

Buona la posizione, molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria centrale, raggiungibile a piedi. Hotel molto vecchio con asciugamani esageratamente consumati e moquette sui corridoi fatiscente. Signora all' accoglienza molto gentile, avevo richiesto una camera che non avesse odore di fumo e mi ha accontentata (l' odore di fumo era presente ovunque mentre la stanza a me riservata aveva un buon profumo). Molto scortese e poco professionale, il signore anziano del turno serale, al quale ho chiesto come fare per accendere l'aria condizionata e mi ha risposto sgarbatamente che non era il periodo per accenderla anche se fuori c'erano 30 gradi e la stanza era bollente. Il residence ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di una bella pulita alle avvolgibili.

Mediolan raz jeszcze.

Lokalizacja (bliskość metra) pozwala na swobodne korzystanie z uroków miasta i jego zwiedzanie. Duży pokój z kuchnią daje swobodę pobytu dla małżeństw z dziećmi. Cena adekwatna do komfortu. Wrócimy tu!

Not a Bad experience, Just not a very good one!

We stayed there for 1 night, the apartment was spacious, clean, warm and a little comfortable. Not a bad location, close to the Porta Garibaldi train station, and there are bus stops nearby. Safe and calm neighborhood. Now for the bad. the bedroom didn't have a working light nor a working power socket outlet, so we had to recharge our phones in the bathroom. the overall lighting in the apartment was dim. the apartment needs some renovation. the so called breakfast was a cup of juice and a snack. i found the price a bit high for what we got.

Big family room but terrible beds

Air conditioning is not functioning properly. Breakfast includes only some cookies. You have to pay your own coffee from the machine! Small lift, small reception. Old toilet. Faraway from metro (15min walking distance). Noisy outside the room. Curtains are not closing properly. Door is old and locker system old fashioned. Electric sockets are in terrible/dangerous condition.

Salle de bain pas terrible et surchauffée, climatisation abimée et personnel à peine anglophone (et pas francophone mais on ne peut pas tout avoir). Dès lors, à par la localisation géographique intéressante (au pied du QG de la région Lombardie), je ne conseillerais pas cette résidence (déjà vieillissante).
