11/10. I couldn’t have been happier with this hotel experience. Room was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so extremely helpful. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Very welcoming staff
I recommend it for sure !
Beautiful room! It was perfect for solo travelling. Was super convenient to have a fridge and microwave. Room was very clean and staff were super friendly and welcoming!
Loved the staff, they were so helpful and friendly. The room was very neat and compact. Our older knees weren't so keen on the steps to the bedroom area, but we managed. No cutlery, plates, etc in the room and had to borrow kettle and cups from staff.
Google maps made a bit hard to find, especially because it's right on a street corner and it doesn't really stand out. However the hotel itself and the room were all great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the money.
I had a really good experience at this hotel. There was a parking spot right next to the street, which was super convenient, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was very clean, and the building was new. It was also in a great location—just a short drive to all the main spots. The price was really good for what it offered. The only downside was that there was no room service since the building used to be student housing, not a regular hotel.
Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!
Service personel was very helpful and professional. Very good connection to the Dome with public transportation and a nearby supermarket.
But unfortunately no room service during the stay. But would still recommend!
Very comfy, clean and modern room. The city center is easily accessible by public transport just across the street in /- 20 minutes. The kitchen in the room is nice to have but without any ustensil it's not very useful (a boiler/coffee machine and a few forks and knives would be nice)
Clean and spacious. Great staff and area. Felt safe. It is pretty barebones. Even tho it had a kitchen there were no kitchen supplies at all (cutlery, cups, pans etc). The bed for us was in the “second” floor and the stairs were a little weird to walk up and down but we liked it and would return.
Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down!
Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note that I believe this is student accommodation and there was some loud noise during the night but overall we had a pleasant time here and would likely stay again 🙂

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff, that could communicate to us in English. Which we appreciated, as we don’t know Italian.
The room is a good size, however is quite basic.
We believe it’s located in a decent area in Milan, as many stores and restaurants are in walking distance.
It was peaceful. The key card to access the building gave us peace of mind for extra security.
I will say, the room we stayed in was highly dusty and the telephone had a layer of dust covering it all, so I don’t believe it had been cleaned prior to us checking it and the room had no bin.
All in all, a good stay and the place served its purpose.
Thank you, Aparto Ripamonti Milan
The aparthotel was great. Days before my payment an online check-in had been sent so when I arrived at the property it was only a breeze. The kind woman who attended to me when I checked in was kind enough to upgrade my room to a double, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and very homey. I love that there is a microwave and a fridge as I tend to buy my food. Air conditioning was also great as it was very hot when I visited Milan. My overall experience has been exemplar. To that lady who assisted me on my check-in, you are a superstar.
Service was great - they allowed us to leave our baggage several hours before check in and helped us with housekeeping needs. The room was comfortable and large for a hotel room, with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave oven, dining nook, and small couch. We found a dried on quarter-sized stain on the fitted sheet of the bed so we went to the front desk and they came to change it. As we were going to bed, we found a pea-sized red stain on the duvet cover and small tan scuffs, like makeup, on the new fitted sheet we had been provided. All in all, it was a good stay, comfortable, and met all our needs for a quick stopover in Milan.
The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. A/C was cold. But it was BASIC.
The staff were friendly said right at the time of check in that there are no hair dryers or other amenities, but to ask front desk and they can help. I wanted to go across the street to get some takeout on a rainy night and they didn't even have an umbrella to lend.
The room had a kitchenette. But it was totally useless. I'm not asking for even salt and pepper, but there was not a single plate, cup, cutlery. Not even dispoable cups in the bathroom. Not enough towels. No safe for your valuables.
The photos are misleading showing furniture, dishes on the table, plants in the cubby, etc. It was an empty room with a table and 2 plastic chairs and a bed and nothing else. It's also smaller than it looks and the stairs are *VERY* weird. The stay was okay, but I felt misled and it was very expensive for what they provided.
Went to the "entertainment" room where there's pool tables and such three times at different hours in the middle of the day and it was always locked. Gym seemed okay though and the Wifi was good. There was a social aspect to it too, and lots of <25 year olds who seemed to come together and make friends there. It had a dorm vibe to it.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very clean and very welcoming staff. However , beware of the stairs in the rooms! They weren’t regular stairs, I can’t explain it well but they were very graduated and had to go up foot by foot so not easy in the dark. There was no kind of glassware or kitchen utensils already in the room even though it was an apartment with a kitchen. Maybe you are meant to ask for them? Everywhere else we have stayed comes with it already equipped. The air conditioning was amazing though and the bed super comfy.
Ideal for a quick stay. Not luxurious but beds were comfortable and staff were helpful! The stairs were very steep in the room to the loft bed so may not be the place for those who have trouble climbing or for older people
