A convenient and charming place to stay near the city center and good restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel does not offer laundry service, but a young woman on the front desk found us an independent service and made the arrangements.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They walked us to our room instead of just handing us a key. They were happy to answer any questions we had and offered recommendations to help enhance our experience while visiting Milan. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The chef took our order and made it right then. The quality and quantity of food exceeded expectations. I felt well taken care of here.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, close to everything and extremely quiet. The staff here is above wonderful. Niousha at the front desk went above and beyond. We had a wonderful stay! The room and bathroom were large compared to other hotels we stayed with in Italy and were quite comfortable for the two of us.
