Room is spacious, old structure but well maintained and bathroom is newly renovated. However, the bathroom is designed for only tall people. Everything is out of reach for us petite women. The toilet is unusable. Too big to sit on without hurting your butt. Shower is too tight with little to no slope for water to drain. Staff was really nice, gave us all the good restaurant recommendations.

We stayed in the apartment around the corner about 5-6 minutes walk. With luggage and the heat-a little rough. But it was in a very quiet area(which we loved) with a working elevator it made it easy to get to the second floor. The kitchenette was cute, no stove to cook though. The only downside to the entire apartment is the mattress itself. Two doubles put together and you could feel they had seen their time. The attendant that greeted us at check in was soo friendly and helpful and kind! He gave us several points on our Google Maps to know, including excellent places for eating and gelato! He even stayed later after the reception had closed to help us get checked in! We really appreciated his hospitality 100%!

This is a classic old boutique European hotel. Rooms are small and bathrooms “petite”. The staff were very helpful, especially Payman who gave us full attention, great food recommendations and perfect directions. Hotel is close to many historical sites. Overall, great staff, convenient location and small dated rooms.

Cute boutique hotel way off the beaten path yet still walkable to Old Milano. Staff is very helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Air conditioning function is limited as one would expect in Italy. Nepresso coffee maker in room and a made to order breakfast was included. Only one complaint (kind of a big deal): The bathroom shower is a real problem in room 2. The water ran out on the floor, all over the floor, with each shower. First I thought the shower door wasn’t shut tightly. Nope. The shower floor pan is raised above the floor tiles, but there is no flashing or caulk or molding to keep water inside the shower. The drain is slow, and the water spreads out into the bedroom. We did tell the kind woman working reception, but we were only there a few days. I don’t know if it was fixed.

A convenient and charming place to stay near the city center and good restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel does not offer laundry service, but a young woman on the front desk found us an independent service and made the arrangements.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They walked us to our room instead of just handing us a key. They were happy to answer any questions we had and offered recommendations to help enhance our experience while visiting Milan. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The chef took our order and made it right then. The quality and quantity of food exceeded expectations. I felt well taken care of here.
