This is a great hotel in Monza close to the racetrack. Well maintained and clean. The staff and service was excellent. Free parking in their parking garage. We will stay next time we visit Monza.

The staff at this property is beyond what anyone could ever wish for. Every single person from the manager, Massimo, Veronica and the two incredible young men who worked at reception in the evening went over and above to assist regarding dining, transport, finding information etc. I arrived slightly disappointed in the location and left knowing that when I returned to that area, i would only stay at the Regency hotel in Lissone. Gracie Mille !!

Very nice hotel .. extremely helpful receptionist. Daniele & Veronica … the owner of the hotel offered to drop us to the train station. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel. The train station isn’t far & in 30 minutes we were in the heart Milan … thank you Veronica & Daniel ..

The hotel was ideally situated to the train station which allowed access to other areas to visit. The breakfast had a good selection however the quality of the cooked selection could improve and the hot drinks station only had tepid water which doesn't suit my taste as i like boiling water for my tea. There was one member of staff who stood head and shoulders above the rest...Veronica...she is The Regency's main asset. Nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay pleasurable and our planned journey's go wuthout a hitch and stress free. She's brilliant. I would stay at The Regency again....if she's there!

This is a very nice hotel, nothing fancy but very good for the prices. The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also good. Only downside is the air conditioning temperature can’t be controlled from each room. Luckily we were there during winter and just opened the window, I don’t know how this would work during summer.

Good hotel in a residential area

The only issue I might have is it's location, it's inside a residential area and its challenging finding nearby restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is extra which I did not choose due to the price but I probably should have picked it since I could not find a breakfast place in the morning.

Its grand - but not for a long stay

Its grand. No Gym, no restaurant. The Bar man is also the receptionist. But its very clean, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Wifi and shower pressure is also good and I was on the 5th floor.

Nice Property, Great Service

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent service and breakfast. Hotel is a 8 minute walk to the train station providing easy access to Milan. Free parking is a plus.

very hot!

There was no restaurant so no evening meal available. The weather was extremely hot and the air conditioning was very poor and did not chill the room so too hot to sleep!

For the rating on Expedia, this property did not meet our expectations. We were booked for 2 nights, ended up leaving after touring Milan because we couldn’t deal will sleeping here a second night. We are on a driving tour or Europe. I wouldn’t recommend.

Ok hotel if you want to stay close to Monza track and have easy access with car. The interior is old and worn out but the room was super well cleaned. You can hear everything from the corridor and we had a hard time adjusting the air conditioning. A big plus was that it at least worked! on their website it says that the breakfast is until 10.30 but it is until 10. Also nothing fresh served except some bananas. All in all ok but I wouldn’t say worth 4 stars.
