"This home is 5 star and will not disappoint. We had two rooms with hot tub. We also had breakfast buffet daily. We went to the spa twice and highly recommend using spa services. We did not eat dinner in the hotel b/c there are so many good options seaside or in the old town. Overall staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location of the hotel is amazing. It was easy to get sun chairs...and the beach access if very close (short walk 1-2 min). The hotel has many small restaurants nearby, if we want to stay local. The old town is a 30 min walk, but you can either walk on the beach to get there or past numerous restaurants and shops. It's a fun walk. If you want to take taxi, it is easy to get taxi and fee will be 8E. We had such a fun time and will come back next year. Cannot say anything negative about this property."

"We have now stayed at this beautiful villa for the fourth time, and it is simply phenomenal. The location is fantastic, with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. The house is very well equipped and regularly maintained. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Hotel easy to find, next to large supermarket on a main road, a mile from the cross island route. Some parking, 3 allocated spaces and then on street parking nearby Has a lift but some stairs involved for most rooms. Room was a 2 room apartment with a large lounge/kitchen area, with a large Smart TV, oven, hob and fridge. Balcony off each room, large shower room, and plenty of storage space. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pool area limited, not enough sunbeds and begins to lose sun from about 3pm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. 100yds from the massive beach and its safe promenade full of bars and restaurants leading to town, about a mile away. The main road option I would avoid on foot, parked cars and busy junctions."

"We have stayed in many large rental properties across the world. We do an annual family trip with 22 people and this property was the nicest property we have ever stayed at. It is immaculate in every way. The heated pool was an amazing addition. There was enough space for all of us. It is beautifully appointed with great amenities. We had hired transportation through the concierge that was provided. The concierge is incredibly responsive. If we go back to Crete, we will rent this house again. 10 out of 10 recommend"
