It is a pullout sofa bed, and the mattress is very thin. Not a big deal, though. The Bartram Trail, being just minutes away, is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!"

The scenery was amazing and the host couldn’t have been nicer! We would/will definitely return to the house! Road was paved all the way, had no trouble with motorcycles! It was steep, but made the views worth it! Instacart and DoorDash delivered. Highly recommend! "
