Look no further for a weekend private escape! This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath rustic cabin will blow you away! Situated on 2 acres, this is the perfect place for a nice, private getaway. Conveniently located to nearby Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. Recently renovated in 2018, you can expect brand new stainless steel appliances, new furniture and new flatscreen TVs in each room. Enjoy the view off the front or back porch while listening to the natural stream flow through the property. Bring your rod and reel if you’d like and enjoy the stream that’s stocked with trout! If you like roasting marshmallows or just sitting by the fire you’ll love the huge fire pit! Huge maintained yard with lots of room for games and activities and kids to run around! Bring your bikes or hiking boots and enjoy the nearby Indian Creek Valley Hike-Bike Trail only 1/2 a mile away!

We just put in a brand new road to the property so it’s only showing up on certain maps like google maps. You will need to use the address 649 Mill Run Road, Mill Run, PA 15464 to reach the correct destination. The cabin is at the end of the gravel road from the entrance.

There will be a key pad on the front door, I’ll message you with the code to get in two days prior to arrival.

Our cabin has 1 king sized bed and 2 queen sized beds and a provided queen sized air mattress for sleeping arrangements. The air mattress will be in the red room closet, along with the ironing board and iron. The air mattress can be set up in the living room after moving the coffee table or it can be set up in the downstairs bedroom.

Our cabin is at the end of a well maintained gravel road down a slight hill but it’s accessible with low clearance vehicles. Guests need to maintain a slow speed on road and respect the other residents.

Firewood is available on property but we kindly ask for a tip. You can also purchase at any nearby stores.

We’re providing some yard games such as cornhole and ladder ball! Please enjoy but they stay with the house! Don’t ruin the fun for future guests!

Cell phone service is very limited, so come prepared. There is whole home WiFi though and the cell service seems to work great with it.

We only offer pets with my approval for a $100.00 pet fee and there are very strict rules. NO PUPPIES. Must be house trained. MUST FOLLOW HOUSE RULES FOR NO PETS ON ANY BEDDING OR ANY OUTDOOR OR INDOOR FURNITURE, failing to follow these rules will result in being asked to leave without a refund. Someone abused our rules before so we’re very strict now.

Our cabin will require a 4WD vehicle to reach in the winter months
