"Absolutely serene and wonderfully zen surroundings. Staff was almost never helpful - or even attempting to be; incredible behaviour. Wish I could give a better review but they were really set on being obnoxiously unhelpful bordering on rude. To work a customer facing role and being this unprofessional almost blew my mind."

"Hot, Hot, Hot. No AC, room view was of the LEV from the kitchen. Spirts bar was noisy with staff do distant they might as well of been serving from Mats"

"There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?"
