The room was so hot when entering. So hot. There was no air conditioning on. We turned it on but it never caught up before we went to bed. The shower needs a new mechanism to force the water into the shower head. Do better for as much as this suite cost.

The staff was very good, So this review is not a reflection on the staff. The hotel stay itself was probably one of the worst nights I have ever had. The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows are lumpy and flat. My husband saw bugs when he get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. He talked to the manager about it and showed them a bug and we only got 5000 Bonvoy points, which is basically not much. I cannot express how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The breakfast was good and like I said the staff is totally fine.

It was good for its purpose, attending a high school graduation. Its really close to shopping and food. Very quiet and family friendly.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The pool area was nice. The fireproof and lounge area was very comfortable. After a long drive that day. The hotel was a welcome site. I would recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and immediately accommodating when we requested extra bedding and towels. The room’s a/c unit however, leaked from the very first night. The carpet on the entire left side of the bed next to the unit was soaked in water from the a/c. We notified staff right away the next day. The unit also turned off while we were out so we would come back to a very warm and humid room. The a/c would also turn off during the night making the room very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in
