"Clean room, clean linen very nice staff. Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy was a little watery and sausage patties were overcooked. But very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We will be back"

"The breakfast was adequate. Mostly little bite type muffins. The rooms were clean but thought it was strange that we had to go to front desk for towels each day and that we had to take our own trash to a location. I could see putting it out our door and someone would pick it up and empty it. If the price was discounted because of no services I could see it. It was extremely hard to get someone at the front desk. Calls went unanswered and stood at the desk for many minutes before any person came to help. Been a week and haven't seen my deposit refunded yet, Called and was told it was my bank. That's not true. Bathtub would not drain properly. Stood in back up water for shower than rinsed my feet when I got out. Complained and was told I didn't pull the cover up enough. Both my husband and I pulled it up as far as it would go. It was insinuated it was because we were old that we didn't have the strength. "

"I stayed 4 weeks. The room is spacious. Furniture is minimalist but well-kept. I would prefer a larger desk instead of the small square table. I brought my own lamp. I'm not a fan of overhead lighting. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Refrigerator is half size, and has a separate freezer. Handy for frozen dinners. Water is hot. Pressure could be better. Overall, a good deal for the price."

"The Holiday Inn Express was a great find and great stay. Loved the condition of the rooms, the property seemed recently updated, and the breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay here again!!"

"Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that night. Given these serious safety concerns and the disruption, I am not satisfied paying for both nights and believe a refund or compensation is warranted."

"The room in general was very old and not very comfortable due to small bed pillow, refrigerator that made noise all night, soap?That was not exactly a bar of soap, etc!!!"
