"We had a fabulous couple of days here, from the personal welcome as you arrive and the glass of Prosecco as you check in, the staff were all very welcoming and work hard to make the stay special. The spa, the food, the cocktails were all great and thank you for our upgraded room, we loved it. "

"The hotel is in a great position, right by the lake. Plenty of areas to sit out weather permitting. Staff are friendly and helpful as well as being efficient. Near by some of the attractions of the area i.e. boats and steam train. Would definitely visit again."
