Hotel never received confirmation of booking so took about 30 minutes to finally check in after contacting support. Also the listing was falsely advertised as it says rooftop lounge but no where on the property was there any. Also the room pictures didn’t match the actually m room that was given to us. Thanks for the stay, hotel was clean and staff was friendly other than that both the room and rooftops lounge were falsely advertised.
