"We booked two rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, one of the rooms on the 9th floor had a very unpleasant drainage/sewage-like smell. The odor was strong enough that we couldn’t sleep properly, which made our stay uncomfortable. For a hotel of this standard, guests should be able to expect a clean and fresh-smelling room, especially when trying to get a good night’s rest. I hope the management will look into the plumbing or drainage issue on the 9th floor and make sure these kinds of odors are completely addressed before rooms are assigned to future guests. Other aspects of the hotel were fine, but the smell significantly affected our overall experience. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved for future guests."

"Very clean hotel, rooms very clean and new looking. Bed was very comfortable, walk in shower was very helpful and clean. Only issue was you pay for overnight parking at a rate of $17 a night. Wasn’t expecting that when we checked in. It’s a 15 minute walk to mall of America but they do have a shuttle to get you there. The breakfast included was really good, eggs sausage pancakes waffles oatmeal breads juices coffee all was very good. Pool was very clean as well with towels provided, weight room was big and roomy. Good location to get to other attractions and restaurants in the area."
