Clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. Doors are locked after 1am and you will need to ring the doorbell to get in. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in MN and I’m coming back. Thank you for welcoming us.

Shout out to the morning/afternoon front desk staff 10/25 that moved my girlfriend and I to a similar room that had natural sunlight. We both struggle with depression and natural sunlight helps us a ton in the mornings. I overlooked this in the booking process and picked a room that didnt work for us, the front desk staff were understanding and so friendly. It sounds silly to make such a big deal about it but it was a really big deal to us

Staff was helpful. The pool area was wonderful and family friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The #2 elevator needs to be fixed, only one elevator for 4 floors was terrible.

We have stayed at the Hotel Ivy a half-dozen or more times, and each stay we get to love the experience more. It is in a perfect location, just 2 blocks from Nicollet Mall.
Porter and Frye is a superb restaurant, serving fantastic fare at reasonable prices. The wait staff maintaing a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, and no matter what variation on the existing menu we request, the kitchen is ALWAYS happy, willing and able to deliver.
The rooms are all in immaculate conditon...

The price of this hotel compared to others can’t be beat. Easy to get to, right by the light rail. Staff is always super friendly. It isn’t a 5 star by any means but it’s clean and quiet
