Pretty awful. I got there- they didn't have a room so they upgraded but said -- tommorow you need to come back so we can put you in the room you paid for. (I was there for the weekend to see my son, not play hotel swap). Room clearly smelled heavily of smoking, There were no towels, soaps, a hole in the door, and basically pretty awesomely terrible. But crazy enough, it's in a really nice neighborhoo.

I’ve stayed at this location on a number of occasions, but the state of this place is absolutely disappointing. I hope the owner performs major maintenance and upgrades. Otherwise, it shouldn’t be listed as an option for Hotels.com

Light by bed was missing a bulb all together, all mounted shower soaps were empty, door would not close, and door handle on outside was broken. Zero facial tissues, or paper towels. Ice maker did not work Chair in room was broken, almost feel off first time I tried it TV had dark picture issue that couldn't be adjusted. No hand soap on bathroom Overall the room was clean, just looks like they are cutting a lot of corners and not keeping up with building maintenance at all.

The floors in the entry way were visibly dirty which was off putting but still gave it a chance that the rooms would be clean and oh was I wrong…. There was no towels or wash cloths in the room, there was dirty dishes in the dish washer from the previous guest and a dirty wash cloth in the tub.

Me an my daughter r waiting on our apartment to open up an wr hopped from place to place an to ve hinest this has beenna decent stay the front desk guy manager was amazing we booked a queen suiet with couch was not available but he got me annmy daughter in a room each for noe with one room price for the mishap. But im gunna recommend this place to other friend's an family

The property was not fit for a beast. Dirty and nasty. I don't see how they can even try to charge anybody to stay there. They ought to be paying customers to stay there... That's about the nicest thing I have to say about that place. Blow it up and start over.

I was completely disgusted by this property. I found a dirty diaper under the sink in the garbage, which clearly shows the place was not cleaned properly before my stay. The smell was so bad I literally gagged — and I have video proof of this. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and not what I paid for. I demand a full refund.
