Unique textures like the concrete fireplace with ship lap accents and tall beadboard paneling will draw your eye to the details that abound throughout this home. Custom tiled baths, stone countertops, and separate bedrooms on each floor make this home unique for your travel needs.

This stunning home sits at just over 1400 ft.² with one bedroom on each floor of the home and a sofa pull out in the family room in the lower level. We find that this layout allows for privacy of guests staying together. You can enjoy the open layout on the main floor with the gas fireplace or the large patio and flat backyard.
Please note that this home has a one car attached garage and the one-car-wide driveway is on only large enough to fit one large car or too small cars. There is off street parking however, the home is located half a block from the park and we’ve noticed there can be more street parking than usual on a residential street. This home is located in a nice quiet, residential neighborhood with watchful neighbors. We ask that you respect neighbors when parking and utilize the offstreet parking options.

Located just half a block from Veteran’s Field in South Saint Paul and just 2 minutes off Hwy 52.
This home is located with very easy access to Highway 52 in South Saint Paul, which is located just minutes from downtown Saint Paul. There is a one car garage attached to the home and a one car wide driveway that fits either two small vehicles, or one large vehicle.
There is no additional charge for up to 4 guests, it's $25 per additional person per night after 4 guests.
Please note our basic house rules:
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property or garage. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. We've worked hard to curate a smoke-free experience for guests, especially those with asthma. You're welcome to smoke outside however please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
No pets allowed due to owner's severe allergies. A $350 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. Many guests ask ahead of time if any pets have been inside a home due to their allergies.
No unauthorized events or parties. We have hosted over 600+ nights with the various Airbnb homes in the Twin Cities that we own. We value honesty and transparency with your travel plans. If you have any questions, please contact us via inquiry.
Quiet time starts at 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, cookware, silverware, and basic condiments for cooking.
We also have some baby equipment like a high chair, baby swing, etc. on the premises should you need them. Extra guests are $25/per person and you can always reach out with any inquiries. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be available with advance notice for $50.
