The hotel staff are 2nd to none and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend! Francesco is an amazing person and helpful hotel staff member at the front desk. He helped us, was very patient, and answered all our questions during our stay. Thank you, Francesco for such a wonderful experience! We will be back!"

"This place is beautiful, walking distance to every location. I would definitely be back again with my Family. The view from the terrace amazing. The rooms very nice along with the AC. The check in process was seamless, The office communication and Giuseppe did a great job, everything was explained well. They worked well with the private transfer we arranged for the drop off in the ZTL area. The local markets nearby, loved them the fresh fruit store and the mini markets with basic necessities. We loved the gelato from Sal De Riso. This place is great and worth the winding twisty turn roads. The pizza place down the way Sarracino 10/10. Ferry ticket booth right on the board walk, easy to access and plan to visit the other islands."

"Incredible location overlooking the water with excellent dining near by. Minori is a lovely little town to spend a couple of days. We didn’t mind the steps up to the rooms as we had read reviews and were prepared for it. Once checked in at the other hotel in Maiori they drove us and our luggage over to the Hotel Isabella. We found the internet would intermittently stop working, but a quick call to the front desk and it was resolved within a few minutes."
