"The best B&B! The hosts were very nice and went above and beyond!! Any questions or concerns they were eager to help right away! This family offered the best hospitality, a true Italian family! Will be back!!! "
"The ground and pool were fantastic. The room was clean but the rool was small with a queen bed and little room for luggage. We enjoyed our stay and the service was top notch. "
"A very well located hotel for local attractions. Friendly staff and clean ,freshly renovated room. Would recommend to friends if visiting Pompei,Vesuvious and Herculeneum"
"Location is great with good transport and easy access to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum, Pompei, Solerno etc.
Property is an apartment within a gated residence complex and the rooms have high ceilings, a good a.c., fridge, coffee machine, KS bed, tv - so well fitted out. Breakfast consists of baked goods, coffee pod, chocolate milk and juice.
Property is unmanned, so outside limited hours you have to WhatsApp but they are quite responsive."
"Staff were really helpful and friendly comfortable room. The pictures on the site were dated the property looked quite worn in places but good location for seeing surroundings areas and lovely pool"
"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
"Väldigt mysigt och trevligt, men kan tyvärr inte ge full pott eftersom det luktade starkt av mögel. Det gjorde att det var svårt att sova. Väldigt trevlig personal, särskilt hon som jobbade i frukosten."

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful Hotel right in the heart of Napoli ,so handy to the train station:comfortable bed fantastic breakfast every nationality’s taste catered for, will definitely stay again."
"It was such a unique experience staying in an 18th-century villa — the property is truly beautiful, full of history and charm. Of course, with any old building, there are quirks. Our room had a plumbing issue at first, but as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they had someone come right away and fix it. The shower still had a bit of a smell at first, but it cleared after running the water — to be expected in a building this old.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and helpful, and we especially appreciated the young pool bartender — he was curious and engaging, and added a personal touch to our experience.
Other than the typical “old building” issues you just have to accept, the room was amazing and the entire property felt like a hidden gem. It’s also in a great location: very close to Herculaneum and about a 20-minute (uphill) walk to the train station. We’re so glad we found this place and would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."
