"10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy."
"This is a very good hotel in a building housing other businesses. We were a little concerned upon arrival because the immediate surroundings are somewhat chaotic. However the hotel itself is peaceful, the breakfast good, and the staff helpful.
The area around the hotel grew on us! There’s an interesting market across the street where the locals shop. And it is indeed chaotic but has its own charm!"
"AC not working in room. Ants in room.
Dated bathroom and decor.
Close to Spanish Quarter and port. Many dining options near by.
For transparency, I didn’t speak to a manager for support and after 1 night, I simply made the decision to leave early and change hotels. "
"Highly recommended! Great rooms, facilities and location. The staff and especially Michele were wonderful! So helpful and nothing was a problem for them."
