This was a nice bed and breakfast. Friendly staff and cold AC! There was a miscommunication with the breakfast part and we didn’t get any so make sure you double check you mark that you want breakfast included if you do. They were willing to let us add it after and we appreciated that! Location was not bad but definitely more busy during the day. It’s very close to the train station and that was a plus as well.

Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

The room was great it’s the area and so many gates and steps up to get on elevator. Was close to where we needed to be. The made to order breakfast was a pastry and one coffee. It was good but not what I needed. The room was nice!!

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few...

This is an excellent choice for a hotel stay in Naples; the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. If safety is a concern, the hotel is without doubt, a first choice. Vehicles cannot travel beyond a check point well in front of the hotel building and the location at the port provides an extra layer of security. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants and other city attractions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Go there; you will not be disappointed!

In the middle of the shopping district, it’s a little noisy, but strategically located and completely accessible. Staff is very friendly special thanks to Sophia. One drawback was that it had a single key for the room for two people it kind of restricted us from coming and going. I highly recommend staying there.

We arrived late evening and Rozario was there waiting for us. Very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and exceptional hospitality. Clean place, spacious room and abundance of breakfast food. Location was great, walking distance to all the attractions and ferry. Definitely recommend staying there.

Hotel Decumani de Charme is located in the historic center of Naples and is a 20 minute walk from everything you would want to see. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is lovely and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent: fruit, pastries, ham, cheese, eggs & yogurt. Our room was large, pretty and very clean. The bathtub was large with lots of hot water (not to be taken for granted in Europe).

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Caracciolo. We only were staying one night in Naples and needed a place close to the train station to drop off friends as we came into Naples, close to the airport for leaving the next day, and had a place to park our rental car. The Palazzo Caracciolo seemed to fit the bill, and happy to report it was a perfect fit. Naples is a big, congested city built with a street plan that dates back thousands of years.
