"Overall, we had a decent stay, but the first day was honestly stressful. We had a hard time finding the hotel because the descriptions and photos on Expedia did not fully match what it looks like in real life. Some photos make it seem like the hotel is inside the shopping center, which was misleading. The entrance is hidden around the corner between restaurants in a small alley with no clear instructions, and since there are multiple places in the same building, it was confusing to find.
To make things harder, you need a coin to use the elevator, which obviously you don’t have on your first day arriving tired with heavy luggage and no phone access.
The front desk experience was also not the best. There was only one employee handling everything, and it looked like he needed more support. Something in the system was not working properly, so the room door would not open. He had to keep running back to the desk to fix it while also checking guests in and walking them to their rooms. A concierge or bellhop to assist guests and luggage would have made the experience smoother.
Besides that, the room was good with a nice amount of space. Breakfast was okay, although not the best compared to other hotels we stayed at. The area itself was great safe, convenient, and very well located."
