We just finished our 12-day stay at this excellent B & B.. it was centrally located which allowed us to accomplish all that we wanted to do on our vacation. We used METRO (a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Museo stop), taxis, ferries, and trains for our transportation. Claudio, the owner was very helpful in explaining how to get around. The condominium was very clean, spacious, good size for 3 to 4 people. Masimo warmly welcomed us despite us arriving late (8pm) from Capri on July 4. The unit includes breakfast in a Cafe with great pastries and coffee within 2 minute walk. It is conveniently located near a bank, farmer’s market, mailing center and copy center(great for those working remotely). This was a nice bed and breakfast. Friendly staff and cold AC! There was a miscommunication with the breakfast part and we didn’t get any so make sure you double check you mark that you want breakfast included if you do. They were willing to let us add it after and we appreciated that! Location was not bad but definitely more busy during the day. It’s very close to the train station and that was a plus as well.

Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...

Although we arrived prior to check-in, we were told that our room was almost ready and were offered a seat with coffee and a nutella pie snack! Our room was beautiful and had a view of Castel Nuovo and the port. I chose this property because of it’s proximity to the water and we strolled along, through a park and past the marina, to Castel dell’Ovo. Wow. Wow. We took a shot in the dark on Foro Carolino for our one night in Naples on the way to the Amalfi area, and it blew our minds! First trip ever without our young kids and first time alone together in years. Maria and Francesco have restored a centuries old family home into an exquisite, tasteful, and classic hotel. Our room was magnificent. High ceilings with these gorgeous pockets of exposed beams. That fabulous bathtub! All the appointments are super modern, clean designed, luxurious....

The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic.

We were incredibly astounded by the above and beyond service of our hotel stay. I had lost my phone in a taxi on the way in. We thought all of our trip photos were lost however the front desk team had called all the taxi companies and also the train station requesting to know about it. We got very lucky and the taxi driver was an angel and had brought in the phone the next day and dropped it by with the front desk who had it waiting when we got back from our sight seeing.
